SIMPLE Youth Program
Success is Mine Productive Learning Environment

This program is for youth ages 13-16. This program implements improvisation, speech teams, behavior modification education and group sessions.

Participants will have the opportunity to choose and focus on different areas of theater production, while producing plays written by the participants themselves. They will also take part in debates, challenging their creative thinking and research techniques.

Financial Literacy education introduces youths to multiple aspects of personal finance. This program teaches participants how to balance their check books, avoid credit pitfalls, understand the responsibility of obtaining loans, and planning for personal expenses based on current and future income.

The Life Experience portion utilizes computer simulation and interactive activities, workshops, adult mentoring and group projects. This allows participants to examine important life decisions.

Also included in this program is STD/HIV/AIDS and smoking/drug abuse prevention education, plus job and college application assistance, as well as annual college tours.

Sharing Unique College/ Career Empowerment and Strategic Solutions

For young adults ages 17-24. This program allows participants to refresh their interviewing skills. They will also learn key information that will help them become marketable in today’s technological industry.

The Job Readiness portion of this program is for individuals who desire to be trained in areas of Allied Health, Business Career & Technology, and Visual Technology.

Distribution Center

Our distribution center offers baby and toddler items, free of charge (while supplies last), to pregnant ladies, young mothers, women in shelters and their children.

Through our Parent Assistance program, we provide education and support using workshops, pamphlets, books, the internet and rap sessions with both parents and youth. Also provided is conflict resolution training for parents as they handle conflicts within their home and with other families.

Job Readiness & ESOL Program

This program is for individuals who have a desire to become trained in areas of Allied Health, Business Career & Technology and Visual Technology.

Instructs individuals for whom English is a second language. The course covers skills of listening, speaking, reading, vocabulary improvement and writing American English.

High School Diploma Program

This program is for anyone, including adults, who has not completed their high school education or diploma program. We not only instruct you, we also mentor you through the process to help keep you motivated to succeed.
